What are the means to exercise ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition)?
You may request at any time, by your own right or legal representative, access (what we use them for and the conditions for the use we give them), rectification (the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete), cancellation (we delete from our records or databases when we consider that said information is not being used properly), or opposition (oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes), regarding the personal data provided to URIDE.

URIDE will notify you, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition was received, the decision adopted, so that, if appropriate, make it effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated. The aforementioned terms may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.
In the case of requests for access to personal data, the delivery will proceed prior accreditation of the identity of the applicant or legal representative, as appropriate.
The delivery of personal data will be free, and the applicant must cover only the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. However, if the same person reiterates their request in a period of less than 12 (twelve) months, the cost for the request will be $350.00 (three hundred and fifty pesos 00/100 m.n.), unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that prompt new inquiries.
If you do not receive a response from URIDE, you may exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition) before the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection.
